MentorRashida Alhassan Adum-Atta is a researcher with over 7 years of research experience. Her current research interest is on Food (including drinks), working as part of the Madina project, on the modalities of coexistence amongst religious adherents. She is interested in how Christians, Muslims and practitioners of African Indigenous Traditions coexist in everyday encounters.
She is currently working toward the award of a PhD with the Utrecht University and the Leiden University in The Netherlands.

Fatima Naa Akuyea Addy is an Old Girl of the 2013 year group and a graduate of KNUST School of Medicine and Dentistry.
During her years in KNUST, she served as the Deputy Financial Secretary and then the General Secretary for the Muslim Health Students’ Association of Ghana-KNUST (MUHSAG-KNUST). She was also an active member of the Ghana Muslim Students’ Assocition (GMSA) Education Committee and served as the Financial Secretary for the Committee.
She was an active member of the Medical Students’ Association Health Committee and partook in a community awareness program on the theme “Reducing the Prevalence of Sexually Transmitted Infections Including Hepatitis B, Through Collective Effort”.
She was also a diligent member of the Standing Committee On Sexual and Reproductive Health Including HIV/AIDS (SCORA) of the School of Medicine and Dentistry, KNUST.
Her interest in IGDF is fueled by her passion for empowerment of women.
She enjoys spending time with family and friends and getting lost in fiction in her free time.
